On Saturday, June 14, thousands of Americans hit the streets for “No Kings” protests, including in San Diego County.

Thousands peacefully gathered at Civic Center and Waterfront Park, joining "No Kings" events across the region and the U.S.

About 150 protesters took to the streets in National City, California, on June 11, 2026. National City is one of 18 cities in San Diego County. It has a population of about 55,000. The protesters are angered over increased Immigration and Customs Enforcement deportations in Southern California.
