The Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds played a game unlike anything we've ever seen in history on Thursday night at Great American Ball Park with the Braves winning 12-11 in 10 innings. The @Braves & @Reds both scored 8 runs in the 8th inning tonight.

The turf from the MLB Speedway Classic will be donated to ETSU baseball after the Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds play on Aug. 2.

Suter, whose night was extended by the Reds’ rally, retired the Braves in order in the top of the ninth, and the hometown boy with a degree from Harvard was demonstrative in his celebration after sending the game to the bottom of the ninth inning.
