Reuniting onstage for the first time in two decades, Black Sabbath performed to a sold-out crowd of 40,000 with its all-star, one-day-only charity festival Back to the Beginning, held in Ozzy Osbourne’s hometown of Birmingham on July 5 and serving as a farewell concert to and celebration of the longtime rocker.

Ozzy Osbourne is saying goodbye to the stage after performing what has been billed as his final show with the original members of Black Sabbath.

Ozzy Osbourne performed his final concert with Black Sabbath on July 5, 2025, at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, while sitting on a bat-themed throne. The 76-year-old rocker was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019.
