A federal judge will hear arguments in Rudy Giuliani's second contempt of court hearing this week in the defamation case against him involving former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss.

Rudy Giuliani is expected to appear in a federal courtroom in Washington, D.C. Friday where a judge will weigh a request to hold the former Mayor of New York City in contempt in his defamation case.

Rudy Giuliani has been found in contempt of court for continuing to spread lies about two former Georgia election workers after a jury awarded the women a $148 million defamation judgment.
