Atlanta Braves star Ronald Acuña Jr. was the first to commit to the event, to be held at his home yard, Truist Park in Atlanta. However, one day after the field was finalized, MLB announced that his teammate Matt Olson would replace him.

Atlanta's own Ronald Acuña Jr. will represent the Braves and look to take home the chain in front of a home crowd. Though Acuña didn't make his season debut until late May, he's been on fire since returning to the field and is now up to 11 home runs, 20 RBI and a .336 batting average in 41 games.

The 2025 T-Mobile Home Run Derby will showcase some of the biggest stars from Major League Baseball as they swing for the fences on July 14.
