Rosie O’Donnell is speaking out after her oldest daughter’s third arrest in three months. Chelsea O’Donnell, 27, was taken into custody in Wisconsin’s Marinette County on Nov. 18 on two felony counts of possession of methamphetamine, a felony count of possession of narcotic drugs and two felony counts of bail jumping, according to People.
