Funeral services for Thirman Milner, the first Black mayor of Hartford, will be held Friday, Dec. 13, the Greater Hartford NAACP announced Wednesday. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon at the Metropolitan AME Zion Church, 2051 Main St., and the service will begin at noon.
