The Milwaukee police department is seeking the public's help in locating a critical missing person, 13-year-old Sylmiaya Chappell. Chappell was last seen on July 17 at approximately 2:42 p.m. near North 95th Street and West Silver Spring Drive. She was leaving the area in an unknown direction. She is 5 feet, 2 inches and weighs around 100 pounds.
Court filings said he had never been issued a driver's license and was previously convicted of fleeing police – for which he was sentenced to probation.
