Two people were injured in a multi-car collision Saturday afternoon in Rock Island. A 2016 Hyundai Elantra, traveling westbound on Highway 28 near milepost 26 around 5:10 p.m., crossed the centerline into the eastbound lanes and struck a 2005 Ford Explorer head-on,

Police say that 4-year-old Blessing Aoci went missing around 6 a.m. Jan. 16th at the intersection of 14th 1/2 Street and 13th Avenue in Rock Island. Authorities said the mother had left vehicle running with the child inside to run into her residence. Upon returning outside the mother noted that the vehicle had been stolen.
