New Fire Breaks Out Near Runyon Canyon in Hollywood Hills, Mandatory Evacuations Ordered
Just before 6 p.m. Wednesday, a new brush fire dubbed the Sunset fire broke out near Runyon Canyon in the Hollywood Hills, adding to the frayed nerves of Los Angeles residents. The fire has burned over 19 acres so far.
So far, 11 victims have been confirmed to have died in the two biggest fires. Conditions are still ripe for additional fires to spark and spread.
