The gang and racketeering case involving rapper Young Thug ended as his co-defendants were acquitted of murder charges.

Young Thug’s two remaining co-defendants in the trial of his alleged YSL gang were largely acquitted in a verdict issued by Atlanta jury.

Kendrick and Stillwell were the only two defendants who took their chances with the jury in the sprawling trial that became the longest running criminal case in Georgia history. The other defendants, including accused gang leader Young Thug, took plea deals earlier in the case.

The remaining two co-defendants were originally on trial with Williams, Rodalius Ryan, Marquavius Huey and Quamarvious Nichols. All four accepted plea deals in October, while Kendrick and Stillwell rejected plea deals and opted to remain on trial.

Young Thug pleaded guilty or no contest to several charges in late October. A jury acquitted two of his co-defendants on most charges a month later.

The long-running gang and racketeering trial that led Atlanta rapper Young Thug to plead guilty in October ended on Tuesday with the last two defendants found not guilty of racketeering, murder and gang-related charges.

On Monday (Dec. 2), the New York Post reported that Yak Gotti, one of the last two defendants in Young Thug’s RICO trial, was stabbed in the south annex of Georgia’s Fulton County Jail over the weekend.
