Everywhere else, it's just Tuesday. But today, New Orleans throws the biggest free party in the world. This year weather concerns have bumped parade times up from their normal schedule. Zulu will roll at 6:30 a.m. followed by Rex at 9:30 a.m. Both are on shortened routes.
