Asus’s ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM is the world’s first 27-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor. Now as is often the case, this is a bit of a trick as multiple vendors released a 27-inch 4K OLED gaming monitor at CES 2025, so while it is first, it’s not alone anymore.

Announced at CES 2025, the Swift OLED PG27UCDM is the first of its kind. Up until this time, you either picked a high resolution and lower refresh rate, or a buttery smooth framerate with a lower resolution. Now, we don’t have to make that choice anymore, and after witnessing this for myself, I’m so glad that this decision is no more.

Hz refresh rate, this gaming monitor impressed our testers, especially with its stunning, vibrant colors and high contrast. Pros: Testing revealed that this gaming monitor can support both graphics-heavy games and FPS games that rely more heavily on refresh rate.

I have a mix here. Gaming monitors are usually the focus at CES, and there were plenty I saw that blew my mind this year. However, I’ve also included a couple of non-gaming picks, which usually don’t get the limelight they deserve.
