Unitree H1 robot runs fast, it may soon beat Usain Bolt
Chinese robotics startup Unitree has claimed that its humanoid robot H1 reached a speed of 10 metres per second during a recent run. This not only sets the world record for a humanoid robot, but gets close to Olympic medalist Usain Bolt's 100m world record.
Usain Bolt remains the fastest man in history, but his impressive 100m world record time was once beaten. During the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, Bolt made history as he set the fastest 100 metres sprint time ever, crossing the line in 9.58 seconds.
