Cosmonaut Fedyayev will travel to the ISS under a seat barter agreement between Russia and the U.S. Roscosmos and NASA signed a seat barter agreement for Russian cosmonauts on U.S. Crew Dragon manned spacecraft and U.S. astronauts on Russian Soyuz MS manned spacecraft as part of the ISS program in July 2022.

A Falcon 9 launched a new crew to the International Space Station Feb. 13 to start a busy schedule of arriving and departing vehicles at the station.
