The FIFA World Cup ticket site has faced crashes and delays as fans try to purchase tickets to see their favorite teams. Last-minute ticket sales opened 8 a.m. PT Wednesday, and many fans were in for a wait to get tickets to the 48-team tournament. Unlike the other ticket phases, tickets were sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
