Applications for Long Beach’s Mills Act program, which provides property tax relief to certain historic homeowners, will open for the its next cycle on Friday, Jan. 3.

Long Beach joins a nationwide cohort of cities implementing “Love Your Block.” A total of 50 cities across 33 states have received support through the program, according to a press release.
