Russell Vought, President Trump’s nominee to serve as director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), testifies Wednesday before the Senate Budget Committee for his confirmation

Vought was the acting OMB director during the final two years of Trump's first administration. He will appear before the Senate Budget Committee after already having a hearing before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
