Colorado Springs voters will once again decide this spring whether recreational marijuana sales should be permitted in the state’s second-largest city — less than five months after

The city is going to make people vote again in April to double-check to make sure voters really want legal cannabis.

This will be the third time in less than six months that voters will be asked about allowing recreational marijuana sales.
