The Cavs might once again be short an All-Star as they try for a first-round series sweep against the Miami Heat on Monday night. Point guard Darius Garland is listed as questionable because of a sprained big toe on his left foot that sidelined him multiple times late in the regular season and then again in Cleveland’s record-setting Game 3 win Saturday night.
