Samsung could ditch Snapdragon and use the Exynos 2500 on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and the Exynos 2400e on the Galaxy Z Flip FE. Read on for more!

According to leaker @Jukanlosreve on X, the Galaxy Z Flip FE (Samsung’s upcoming budget foldable) is likely to use a Samsung Exynos 2400e chip, the same chip found in the recently introduced Galaxy S24 FE. The biggest news, however, comes from the same leaker about the Galaxy Z Flip 7. It’s expected to be powered by an Exynos 2400 chip.

We’re particularly fond of the Galaxy Z Fold 6, but the Z Flip 6 boasts a unique design that is sure to attract plenty of attention.

Samsung might launch at least four foldable phones next year, including a cheap Galaxy Z Flip FE and a thin Galaxy Z Fold 7 SE.

Meanwhile, it’s no surprise that the Z Flip FE will feature the Exynos 2400e chip, as Samsung looks to keep costs low and stay competitive. Since the Galaxy S24 FE is using the same chip too, it makes sense for the company to choose it for its first budget flip foldable next year.
