I just downloaded a 600MB game from KaZaa and it's a .BIN file. How do I open it to install the game???

Is this normal?? I used WinISO to convert the .bin file to an .iso file to burn it to a CD and surprisingly, the new .iso file is SMALLER than the original .bin file.Thanks in advance.
