Apple offers great parental controls that enable parents to set time limits on specific apps, monitor usage or even limit time on the device.

Set up Family Sharing Family Sharing lets parents remotely set some limits on how kids use their iPhones, including the ability to approve purchases and limit how much time kids spend on their tablet.

Once it’s set up on one device, the limits apply to cumulative usage across all devices. You can easily see all Screen Time data for all devices connected to an iCloud account as shown below.
