OMV Petrom has said it expected a decision around the middle of this year for the Neptun Deep gas project, estimated to cost around 4 billion euros ($4.32 billion).
OMV Aktiengesellschaft, one of the largest listed industrial companies in Austria, holds a 51.2 percent stake in OMV Petrom, while the remaining 6.4 percent is held by other foreign investors.
