Michelle Obama said she entered therapy hoping to “unwind some old habits” and “sort through some old guilt,” again addressing the freedom that has come with no longer being the first lady.

Former first lady Michelle Obama revealed that she is currently in therapy as she transitions to the next phase of her life. "I'm in therapy right now because I'm transitioning, you know?" she said during an interview on the Jay Shetty Podcast.
