The ongoing Israeli aggression on Jenin has now claimed 10 Palestinian lives, with the latest victim being 29-year-old Mahmoud Ibrahim Jaradat, who was killed by Israeli gunfire in the village of Ta’nek, west of Jenin.

The Israeli army on Tuesday evening killed a Palestinian man in front of his wife and three children while driving a car in Jenin city in the northern occupied West Bank amid ongoing Israeli incursion. A video filmed by the family that went viral on social media documented the last moment of Ahmed Shayeb when he was shot and injured while driving.

The Israeli military said on Tuesday it had launched an operation in the occupied West Bank's Jenin that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said aimed to "eradicate terrorism" in the area.

The announcement came shortly after President Trump rescinded Biden-era sanctions on Israeli settlers and Jewish extremists raided Palestinian villages in protest against the cease-fire in Gaza.

The Israeli military bombed and stormed Jenin on Tuesday as it launched a major assault on the northern occupied West Bank city, days after a ceasefire in Gaza took hold. The attacks killed at least seven Palestinians and wounded 35 others, according to the Palestinian health ministry.

The action came a day after President Donald Trump said he will lift sanctions on ultranationalist Israeli settlers who attacked Palestinian villages.
