Iran says it would consider negotiations with the United States if talks were confined to concerns about the militarization of the country’s nuclear program.

Iran would consider negotiations with the U.S. if the aim of the talks was to address concerns regarding any potential militarization of its nuclear program, Iran's U.N. mission said on Sunday in a post on X.

TEHERAN — Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said on Saturday certain "bullying" powers' insistence on holding talks with Iran is not aimed at resolving issues but rather at imposing their own expectations.

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei said the goal of some bullying powers that insist on negotiations is not to resolve issues but to exert control and impose their own agendas.
