A major train derailment in Hartford, Wisconsin, on Monday morning resulted in thousands of gallons of fuel spilling onto the ground and minor injuries to three train workers. Alfie Mayer, who works nearby and heard the derailment around 9:30 a.m., said it initially sounded like someone knocked over a dumpster.
