The National Hurricane Center said a system of low pressure off the east coast of Florida could become a tropical depression in the Gulf this week.

"Some areas will receive multiple rounds of rain for the next couple of days which can lead to localized flooding," said the weather service office in the Ruskin/Tampa Bay.

Invest 93L will be a rainmaker regardless of whether it strengthens into a tropical depression.
