The NBA Finals is now a best-of-three series after the Oklahoma City Thunder took Game 4 by a score of 111-104. They were led in scoring by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander with 35 points, while the leading scorer for the Pacers was Pascal Siakam with 20 points.
Toppin spoke for all of the gold-clad Pacers fans in Gainbridge Fieldhouse. For much of Friday’s game, the Pacers played and looked like the better team, taking a 10-point lead late in the third quarter and still leading by four after a Tyrese Haliburton finger roll with 3:20 left.
Caitlin Clark is doubly disappointed about how the NBA Finals are going right now. One, the Indiana Pacers lost Game 4. Two, Clark can’t be there for Game 6.
He has been the same great story and terrific bench player in the NBA Finals that he was here. Too bad the Sixers let him walk away.
