Two Philadelphia men pleaded guilty Wednesday to murder and racketeering charges in the March 2020 shooting death of a city police officer

Two suspects plead guilty to the 2020 death of Philadelphia Police Sgt. James O'Connor on Wednesday, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania U.S. Attorney's Office announced. Hassan Elliott and Khalif Sears shot and killed O'Connor while he was serving a warrant in Frankford in connection with a drug trafficking investigation.

Calling it “an unattended death” aboard the flight, Massachusetts State Police said someone called the Crime Scene Services Section about the death.

Preliminary information suggests Barbara Dipoli, of Topeka, died of a presumed medical episode during the flight, officials said.
