Los Angeles police found a couple in an Encino home on Monday with gunshot wounds, before the apparent murder victims were declared dead by fire department paramedics.

Raymond Boodarian, the 22-year-old man who was arrested on Tuesday (July 15) for the murders of American Idol music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband at their Encino home, has been formally charged with two counts of murder and one count of residential burglary,

Police found the victims while responding to the home in Encino on Monday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
