Fifty-five-year-old Jon Waugh of Sioux City pleaded guilty Thursday, June 12, to possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a protected location.

Keaton Northup, 34, was charged with homicide by vehicle - operating under the influence and homicide by vehicle - reckless driving.
