Nevada’s Summerlin South to play in Sunday’s Little League Baseball World Series championship game
Summerlin South’s journey to the U.S. Championship game in the Little League World Series began on Aug. 13, when Nevada defeated Illinois in blowout fashion by 16-1. On Aug. 15, Nevada played Washington clinching a 5-3 victory that led to a showdown against South Carolina.
The team from Summerlin South Little League representing Las Vegas, Nevada, will play for the Little League World Series title on Sunday afternoon. Las Vegas defeated Connecticut, 8-2, to win the United States championship on Saturday.
Tse’s pitches have been clocked as high as 82 mph. He will pitch Sunday against Summerlin South in the Little League World Series title game.

The magical run in the Little League World Series came to an end for Fairfield National on Saturday. They fell to Summerlin South Little League from Las Vegas, Nevada in the U.S. championship game 8-2.
Summerlin South rallied to defeat Irmo, South Carolina, and will play Saturday in the U.S. championship game of the Little League World Series.
