OU football is hiring Washington State’s Ben Arbuckle as offensive coordinator on a three-year contract, according to an ESPN report Monday afternoon. Arbuckle spent the past two seasons as Washington State’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach and is considered one of the top young offensive minds in the country.

Arbuckle has led prolific passing offenses with the Wildcats, coaching Cam Ward in 2023, and at Western Kentucky

Oklahoma has announced it hired Washington State offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle on Monday to serve in the same capacity for the Sooners. Arbuckle, just 29, has been the play-caller at Washington State the past two years.
