The Washington Wizards have had a great offseason, but they are still a year away from bringing the playoffs back to the DMV.

Washington only scored 58 points without Tre Johnson and Alex Sarr. Kyshawn George and Bub Carrington were also held out of the contest. AJ Johnson impressed from the Wizards lineup, though, with a game high 20 points.

Wizards rookie guard Tre Johnson had a eye-popping pass to himself at NBA Summer League getting his own assist.

Johnson signed a four-year, $37.4 million rookie scale contract with the Wizards, according to Spotrac. For comparison, the 2025-26 rookie scale deal for the No. 1 overall pick, Flagg in this case, is four years for $62.7 million at 120 percent.
