The family of a Hawaii woman who vanished after landing in Los Angeles three weeks ago have expressed frustration with investigators and say they haven't seen the surveillance footage that shows her walking across the border into Mexico.

Hannah Kobayashi, the missing 30-year-old woman from Hawaii who did not board her connecting flight for New York City last month, was seen purchasing a ticket at Los Angeles’ Union Station prior to her crossing the border into Mexico.
