Parade organizer Jeff Delatte said Wednesday morning that he is monitoring the weather forecast in coordination with the New Orleans Police Department.

To tackle rowdy antics, such as unsafe rooftop parties and public urination, during the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in South Boston, elected officials and organizers will implement changes to this year’s event.
