A wildfire in Southern California has burned over 65,000 acres in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties, officials said.

Santa Barbara police are investigating after officers say three people were stabbed along State Street overnight.

Sergio Rivas, 30 years old, was arrested without incident by investigators and was in possession of a loaded firearm.
