Let’s break in my brand new Argentine style grill from @prokan_grills. This thing is built like a tank, has adjustable V-shaped grates to help drain fat and grease, it’s lined with fire bricks and comes with all the tools you need! I grilled a whole picanha roast, some chorizo and made my homemade chimichurri to finish everything off.
