Perth Police are investigating an incident which took place at around 9.20pm on Wednesday 15 February 2023. A man is seen on CCTV use an access card to enter a secure bike room in a residential building on Murray Street in Perth. The man removed a black and red mountain bike from the room which was not his. The next day the same man in company with another man entered the bike room and returned the black and red mountain bike to the rack and then took a dark grey Giant mountain bike and both men
