UPDATE: Two children were shot and killed and two others were taken to the hospital. According to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) a 9yo female suffered gunshot wounds to her chest and right arm and an 8yo male suffered gunshot wounds to his left arm. A 13 and 4 year old died after being shot. A woman was detained and at this time we do not know if she had any connection to the children.
